JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Petitioner is facing Look Out Circulars or LOCs issued at the instance of the Union Bank of India.

(2.) On 13/4/2022, 5/9/2022, 7/10/2022, 23/1/2023, 26/4/2023 and 20/6/2023, for a different itinerary and for different dates the Applicant was permitted to travel overseas. He returned to India thereafter and abided by all conditions and undertakings.

(3.) Presently, the application is for leave to travel to Bucharest via Istanbul from 10/8/2023 to 18/8/2023 and from 5/9/2023 to 13/9/2023 to Tallin via Amsterdam.
