JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr Talaulikar for the Petitioners, learned Advocate General who appears along with Mr Deep Shirodkar, Addl. Govt. Advocate for Respondents No.1-3, Mr A.D. Bhobe for Respondent No.4 and Mr Prayash Shirodkar for Respondent No.5.

(2.) The challenge in this Petition is to the order dtd. 16/03/2023, by which the Petitioners' objections to the delimitation plan were rejected by the Electoral Registration Officer (ERO).

(3.) Since the final delimitation plan was published, leave was applied to challenge the same. Leave is granted. The amendment to be carried out forthwith.
