JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. K. Poulekar, learned counsel for the applicant.

(2.) This is an application for bail in respect of offence punishable under Sec. 21(b)(ii)(B) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act registered vide FIR No. 60/2022 at the Pernem Police Station.

(3.) The applicant is a Russian national. and holder of Russian passport which was valid up to 12/2/2023. The applicant has a visa which was valid up to 20/8/2018. The applicant was arrested on 6/4/2022 at around 9 : 30PM from Arambol as he was found in possession of 2.40kg Ganja which is a variable quantity.
