The Petitioner has challenged the externment order dtd. 02/10/2019 passed by Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone IV, Ulhasnagar externing him outside the area of Thane District, Mumbai City, Mumbai suburban district and also from Karjat, Panvel Talukas of Raigad district for a period of one year.
