JUDGEMENT

(1.) By this petition, the biological mother of minor girl child aged 15 years, has preferred this petition and has put forth prayer clauses (B), (C) and (D) as under:-

(2.) While referring the pregnant girl for a medical test with the Government Medical College and Hospital, Jalgaon, we had observed in our order dtd. 14/6/2023 in paragraph 5 as under.
