(1.) On 28/8/2023, the following order was passed:-

(2.) Today Ms.Mehernaz, learned counsel appears for the Respondent and submits that the lead Advocate Mr.Sandeep Bali is not well. She also seeks time to file vakalatnama and reply in the matter.

(3.) It appears that the learned Advocate for the Respondent has not read the above order dtd. 28/8/2023 which requires the personal presence of Respondent today. Upon drawing the attention of the order to the learned Advocate, she requests that the matter be listed tomorrow.
