(2.) THIS writ petition takes exception to the judgment and order passed by the 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Dhule below Exhibit48 in Regular Civil Suit No. 35 of 2010 on 2nd January, 2012.

(3.) THE plaintiffs stepped into witness box, and examination and also cross examination of the plaintiffs was completed.
