JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition questions the order passed by the Appellate Bench of the Court of Small Causes, reversing the decree of ejectment of respondent tenant passed by the learned Judge of the Court of Small Causes, on the ground of default in payment of rent.

(2.) Respondents were duly served, but have not cared to appear and contest the petition.

(3.) I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
