JUDGEMENT

(1.) In all these petitions, identically placed petitioners have suffered identical impugned orders passed by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Beed.

(2.) For the sake of brevity, we are reproducing prayer clause B put forth by the petitioners in the first petition, hereunder :-

(3.) It also needs to be mentioned that in these petitions, there are different educational institutions from Beed district. The Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Beed is, therefore, the authority having jurisdiction.
