JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Kakodkar, learned counsel for the Petitioner, and Mr. S. Priolkar learned Additional Government Advocate for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4.

(2.) In our order dtd. 17/8/2022, we had made it clear that this petition would finally be disposed of at the admission stage. Accordingly, Respondent No.4 has filed an affidavit before us.
