(2.) This is an application filed under Sec. 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (the "CPC") by one Yashika w/o Yagnesh Padwal seeking to transfer the Marriage Petition No.137 of 2022, pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Sindhudurg at Oros to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division at Amravati, where the Applicant resides.

(3.) Earlier, the marriage between the Applicant Yashika and the non-applicant Yagnesh, who is the husband was solemnized on 2/12/2019 in District Pune as per the community customs and rituals.
