(3.) The above Petition challenge the Order passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, at Mapusa, dated 12.09.2012, whereby an application filed by the Petitioners under Order 7 Rule 14 of the Civil Procedure Code to rely upon some additional documents, came to be rejected.
