JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is plaintiff 's appeal from judgment, order and decree dated 27/8/2002 passed by the learned Additional Civil Judge, Senior Division, Margao (trial Judge) in Special Civil Suit no.55/2001/I. In this appeal, the defendants have filed Cross Objections under Order 41 Rule 22 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

(2.) The appellant shall hereinafter be referred to as the plaintiff, whereas the respondents shall hereinafter be referred to as the defendants.
