JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard both sides.

(2.) Perused the record.

(3.) The daughter of accused had attempted to commit suicide. THE accused went to Hospital to attend his ailing daughter. THEre he came to know that she had died. Being enraged due to said news, the accused took up Rapi i.e. cobular's cutting instrument with sharp blade and caused injuries to Marotrao Sonaji Avtade. his daughter's father in law. Victim succumbed to those injuries.
