JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is Plaintiff 's Second Appeal.

(2.) The Plaintiff had filed Regular Civil Suit No.16/88/IISR for permanent and mandatory injunction to restrain the defendants (respondents of the present second appeal) from interfering with the operation of the Fixed Deposit Receipt No. 488225 by the plaintiff and to allow the plaintiff to operate/withdraw money from her Savings Bank Account no. 846 with the defendant bank.
