JUDGEMENT

(1.) Issue notice to the respondents. Learned A.P.P. waives service for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

(2.) The First Information Report (for short "F.I.R." ) has been registered vide Crime No. 162/2021 with Loha Police Station, District Nanded for the offences punishable under Ss. 354, 354-A, 354-D, 506 read with Sec. 34 of the Indian Penal Code, under Ss. 8, 12, 17 of Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act and under Sec. 66-C of the Information Technology Act.

(3.) The First Information Report (for short "F.I.R." ) is lodged by the victim, aged about 17 years. It is alleged that the accused Shubham Shinde used to stalk and harass her. The applicants are friends of Shubham Shinde. The photographs of the victim were clicked and co-accused Shubham had defamed the victim by making those photographs viral. It is also alleged that co-accused had outraged modesty of victim and at that time the applicants were accompanying him.
