JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Niteen Pradhan, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and Mr. N.B. Patil, APP appearing on behalf of the Respondent-State.

(2.) The Applicant was arrested on 01.09.2018 for the ofences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code ( 'IPC ' for short) registered with the Narpoli Police Station in respect of C.R. No.I-299 of 2017.

(3.) The FIR is dated 04.07.2017. The Applicant was arrested while he was in custody in respect of an alleged commission of another ofence.
