JUDGEMENT

(1.) The contentions raised on behalf of the applicant have been recorded in the order issuing notice in the Criminal Writ Petition.

(2.) Additionally the learned counsel appearing for the applicant points out that even during the pendency of the proceedings before the Sessions Court, there was an order of status quo operating in the matter.

(3.) Hence, issued notice in this application returnable on 7. 1.2022.
