(3.) Today, the parties have placed on record the statement of disclosure of the proposed arbitrator-Advocate Gurudutt Mallya. The same is taken on record. In terms of the disclosure statement, it is apparent that Mr. Mallya has no difficulty in being nominated as an arbitrator to adjudicate into the disputes that have arisen between the parties.
