(3.) Misc. Civil Application No. 167/2017 to amend the cause title and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased Appellant No.1 is, hereby, allowed. The amendment to be carried out forthwith. Mr. Lotlikar learned Senior Advocate for the Appellants submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of such legal representatives and, therefore, the matter can be disposed of finally.
