(1.) Heard Mr. T. Sequeira for the Petitioners and Mr. Cleofato Coutinho for Respondent No.2.

(2.) The Petitioners are the original defendants and Respondents No.1 and 2 are the original plaintiffs in RCS No. 108/2010 instituted in the Court of the Civil Judge Junior Division at Canacona, Goa.
