JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel Shri A.P.Tathod for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mrs.M.H.Deshmukh for the State. Also, perused reply filed on behalf of the State.

(2.) The applicant, who at the relevant time was Extension Officer in Malegaon Panchayat Samiti, district Washim, is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.578/2020 registered with Malegaon Police Station, district Washim for offences punishable under Ss. 406, 409, 420, 465, 468, and 471 read with Sec. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) The applicant was protected by this Court (Coram : Vinay Joshi, J.) on 23.11.2021 with a condition that he shall attend the police station on days specified in the order.
