JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Shri A.D. Dangore, learned advocate for the petitioner, Smt. Sangeeta Jachak, learned AGP for the respondent No.1 and Shri P.A. Abhyankar, learned advocate for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

(2.) Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that petitioner does not want to press the pursis dated 02.12.2020. So, the Pursis dated 02.12.2020 stands disposed of, as not pressed.

(3.) The grievance is made that order passed in Writ Petition No.5205/2016 dated 07.08.2017 has not been complied with by the respondents. The petitioner has annexed the copy of the decision as annexure-D at page No.23. The petitioner has also annexed the representation made to the respondent No.1 dated 28.08.2017.
