JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for regular bail.

(2.) The applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No. 196 of 2020 registered with Police Station, M.I.D.C. Butibori, Dist. Nagpur (Gramin) for the offence punishable under Ss. 376(2)(n) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code read with Ss. 4 and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
