(1.) This application was kept back today for the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant to seek instructions from the Applicant.

(2.) In view of the order dtd. 18/11/2021, whereby this Court had expressed that the application deserved to be rejected, Mr. Menezes, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present application.
