JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Arun Bras De Sa, who appears along with Mr. Sahil Sardessai for the Petitioners, and Mr. S. G. Bhobe learned Public Prosecutor for the State.

(2.) We issue rule in this petition and, with the consent of the learned Public Prosecutor make the rule returnable forthwith.

(3.) The record indicates that on 11/2/2021, FIR No.18/2021 was registered at Vasco da Gama, Police Station, alleging that the petitioners amongst others have committed offences punishable under Ss. 364A, 365, 394, 465, 471, 120-B read with Sec. 34 IPC, which upon committal to the Principal Sessions Court at Vasco is registered as Sessions Case No. SCORS/21/2021.
