JUDGEMENT

(1.) Interim Application No. 2933 of 2021 is at the instance of the writ petitioner. A prayer is made for joining Uber India System Private Limited as a respondent. Since the prayer in this application has been made by the petitioner based on the contents of the reply-affidavit of the respondent no.3, we grant the prayer. Cause title of the PIL petition may be suitably amended.

(2.) Interim Application No. 2933 of 2021 stands disposed of.

(3.) List the PIL petition on December 20, 2021 (fairly high on board).
