JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Shri A. F. Diniz, learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant and Shri M. B. D' Costa, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

(2.) The above Appeal challenges the Judgments passed by the Courts below and whereby the suit filed by the Appellants claiming right of preemption as well as declaration, came to be dismissed.
