JUDGEMENT

(1.) Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and the learned counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

(2.) Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith. Heard finally with the consent of learned counsel appearing for rival parties.

(3.) The petitioner before this Court is aggrieved by order dated 19/03/2019, passed by the Court of District Judge - 8, Nagpur, in an application at Exh. 9, filed by the respondents herein. By the said order, the respondents have been permitted to carry out minor repairs on the ground floor of the suit premises at their own costs and without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner before this Court.
