MANGALPRABHA MAHADEV TANDALE Vs. STATE OF MAHARASHTRA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. By consent, heard both the sides for fnal disposal.

(2.) Present proceeding is fled for relief of quashing and setting aside the F.I.R. on the basis of which crime is registered at C.R. No. 42/2020 in Ambhora Police Station, Tahsil Ashti, District Beed for the ofences punishable under sections 420 , 406 , 465 , 467 , 471 and 34 of Indian Penal Code. The crime is registered on the basis of report given by respondent No. 2.

(3.) The submissions made and the record show that present applicant is the President of Nutan Saraswati Shikshan Sanstha, Deolali (Panachi), Tahsil Ashti and respondent No. 2 Krishna Tandale is the Secretary of this Institution. One Shivaji Nivrutti Budhwant was the Headmaster of this school and he retired on 31.1.2019.
