(1.) Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 305 of 2020 registered with Khadakpada Police Station, Kalyan, for the offences punishable under Sections 420 , 468 , 471 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail.
