JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner is a minor and claims to be rape victim. The petition is filed through the Superintendent/Protection Officer (In-charge), Gopal Chawdi, Nanded, District Nanded.

(2.) It is further submitted that entire family of the petitioner is behind the bars.

(3.) The petition is moved for termination of pregnancy.
