JUDGEMENT

(1.) Ms. Sheetal Shah has filed a leave note dated 14.10.2020.

(2.) On 21st July 2020 this Court passed the following order:-

(3.) Thereafter, the matter was listed on 21.09.2020. Since the Petitioner/Applicant was absent, the matter was adjourned to 30.09.2020. On 30.09.2020 again the matter was adjourned and the same was kept on 14.10.2020 i.e. today. Even today, the Petitioner/Applicant is not present. It appears that the Petitioner/Applicant is neither interested nor serious in pursuing the aforesaid petition. We have today passed a detailed order in Writ Petition No. 3402 of 2019, wherein we have observed the Petitioner's/Applicant's conduct.
