JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rule, made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of the learned Counsel appearing for the parties.

(2.) The petition claims a relief to direct the respondent No.1 - Maharashtra State Dental Council to forthwith issue Registration Certificate in favour of the petitioner on the basis of her Master Degree secured from the respondent No.2 - Pandit Dindayal Upadhyaya Memorial Health Sciences and Ayush University Chattisgarh, Raipur.

(3.) After hearing the learned counsels appearing for the parties, we passed an order on 28.11.2019, which is reproduced below.
