JUDGEMENT

(1.) Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

(2.) We have taken up this matter today on board for hearing considering the urgency that has arisen on account of turning of the water colour of Lonar Crater Lake, pink suddenly which colour change is believed to be probably due to natural phenomenon occurring in summer as a result of increase in atmospheric temperature and decrease in water level leading to increased salinity.

(3.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and parties present in person.
