DADAJI PUNJARAM KHAIRNAR Vs. STATE OF MAHARASHTRA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The applications are allowed.

(2.) Pending hearing and disposal of Sessions Case No.231/2019 pending before Sessions Court at Dhule, the applicants viz:- (i) Dadaji Punjaram Khairnar and (ii) Madhav Punjaram Khairnar who are arrested for the offence U/Sec. 302 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code ( IPC ) registered vide Crime no.147/2019 with Sakri Police Station, Dhule on 17.06.2019, be released on their furnishing bail in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount on the following conditions:-

(3.) In the event of breach of any of the conditions of bail, the bail granted to applicants is liable to be cancelled.
