JUDGEMENT

(2.) By this petition, the petitioners seek directions to Respondent No.2 - the Education Ofcer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Beed and the Respondent No.3 - the Superintendent of Pay & Provident Fund Unit (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Beed, to pay the salary of the petitioners from 01 st November, 2009 along with all the consequential benefts. The petitioners have also prayed for other ancillary reliefs.

The petitioners claim that they were appointed as Peons in the Respondent No.4-School administered by the Respondent No.5 -Mandal after following the prescribed procedure and since then, they are working in the school. According to the petitioners, their appointments were granted approval by the Respondent No.2 - the Education Ofcer. Since their names are not included in the Shalarth Pranali, the grants towards their salary are not being disbursed.
