SAGAR MAHADEV DANDAGE Vs. STATE OF MAHARASHTRA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) All these applications arise out of crime No. 369 of 2019 registered with Mangalvedha Police Station, District Solapur Gramin. As such they are being disposed of by this common order.

(2.) The applicants herein are accused nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 in the aforesaid crime under Section 302, 363, 364, 201 read with Section 120B of IPC. Anita Shinde is accused No.5. Her application for bail being Criminal Bail Application No. 215 of 2020 is dealt with separately.

(3.) The prosecution case is that the applicant Tanaji Bhosale (A-1) was having illicit relations with Anita Shinde (A-5) and out of the said illicit relationship a conspiracy was hatched to eliminate Santosh Shinde, who was the husband of Anita, which was effectuated with the help of accused Nos. 2 to 4.
