(3.) The petitioner has stated in paragraph 6 of the writ petition that she had marked the answers in the Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) sheet which was thereafter submitted to the invigilator. Thereafter in paragraph 7 it has been pleaded by the petitioner that to the best of her knowledge the said OMR sheet was not uploaded due to which she did not have an opportunity to challenge her gradation. In paragraph 8 the petitioner has pleaded that she was expecting 650 marks out of 720. According to the petitioner, she made a representation to the National Testing Agency-respondent no.3 on 16.10.2020.
