(2.) Both Petitions under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 can be disposed of by a common order.

(3.) Arbitration Petition (L) No. 4947 of 2020 is filed by the Al- Fateh Tenants Association. The 1st Respondent is Royal Realtors. Also joined are various other persons. Some of them are said to be the tenants of the building in question. Respondent No. 13 is HDFC Bank Limited and Respondent No. 14 is a very newly formed Cooperative Housing Society.
