JUDGEMENT

(1.) These three appellants have been convicted and sentenced by the Special Judge, City Civil and Sessions Court, Mumbai as under:-

(2.) Heard the learned Counsel Mr. Vijay Desai for the Applicants. He submits that the Applicants have paid the fine amount.

(3.) Heard Mr. Venegaonkar, Special Counsel for CBI, who has no objection for suspending the sentences.
