JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard finally by consent of learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) These two writ petitions have been filed, challenging the advertisement, dated 08.03.2019 issued by the respondent No.3- Yavatmal District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd. for recruitment of 133 posts of Junior Clerks and 14 posts of Peons, alleging that the advertisement is contrary to Government Resolution dated 15.06.2018 and no reservation is provided. Thus, the petitioners prayed for direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to inquiry into the matter of recruitment process and re-advertise the posts with reservation.

(3.) This Court vide order dated 02.04.2019 observed that the process of recruitment may go on, however, no appointment shall be made. Thereafter, this Court vide its order dated 29.08.2019, issued RULE in the present petitions and passed the following Order:
