JUDGEMENT

(1.) We have heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties.

(2.) Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made available order passed by this Court on 29-06-2010 in Writ Petition No. 475/2010. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

(3.) Issue in this petition is identical to the issue in Writ Petition No. 475/2010. Learned Counsel present before this Court agree that Suo Motu Writ Petition No. 2/2007 is pending before this Court and order passed on 25-11-2009 in Suo Motu Writ Petition No. 2/2007 is also not disputed.
