The Petitioner has filed the present petition, challenging the letter dated 5th April 2010, issued by the Government of Maharashtra, and the letter dated 5th May 2010, issued by the Administrator, City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Ltd. (For short, hereinafter referred to as "CIDCO").
