JUDGEMENT

(1.) A. K. Yog, J. In this writ petition judgment and order dated 17-5-99 (An-nexure-9 to the writ petition) has been challenged.

(2.) THIS petition arises out of dispute over management of a recognised Inter College, which is governed by the provisions of the U. P. Intermediate Education Act, 1921. Scheme of Ad ministration contemplated therein and hence educational authorities are re quired to ascertain as to which is the valid Committee of Management for discharg ing its duties, primarily payment of salary of the staff of a recognised college.

(3.) WRIT petition is allowed. No order as to costs. Petition allowed. .
