JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE revisionists have been served with notice to engage a Coun sel of their choice in place of Mr. G. P. Mathur (Now Hon. G. P. Mathur, J.) but the revisionist has not in spite of service of notice on 12-10-1999, engaged any Coun sel for them.

(2.) THIS revision petition is more than 16 years old, accordingly, it is taken up for consideration and decisions with the help of materials on record. The lower Court record has been received.

(3.) THE revision petition does not dis close merit and the same is accordingly dismissed. THE learned Sessions Judge Budaun is directed to see that ST No. 352 of 1981, State v. Ganga Ram and others, is transferred to the Court which is presided over by a Judge and the Sessions Trial is disposed of expeditiously preferably within six months from today.
