(1.) HEARD the learned Counsel for the parties on the transfer application dated 4-11-99 and perused the relevant records, on file.

(2.) HAVING closely and carefully scrutinized the matter in question, find no any substantial ground to initiate any proceedings in respect of the instant trans­fer application. The learned Counsel for the applicant has utterly failed to show any cogent and convincing ground for the transfer of the case in question.
