JUDGEMENT

(1.) BHAGWAN Din, J. It is submitted by Sri Daya Shanker Misra, learned counsel appearing for the revisionist that the trial Court though was informed that the High Court has stayed the proceedings against the present revisionist, Rajesh Bhardwaj by order dated 4-8-1999, even then the trial Court framed the charges against the revisionist on the ground that the. certified copy of the order was not placed in the Court. It is further urged that the certified copy of the order has now been filed in the trial Court. The Court has now stayed the proceedings.

(2.) IT is, however, contended that the charges framed against the revisionist are without jurisdiction because the proceed ings had been stayed by this Court vide order, referred to above.
