JUDGEMENT

(1.) R. K. Singh, J. None appears for the revisionist. Learned Counsel Sri S. K. Agarwal who has filed this revision peti tion, has been elevated to the Bench since last about six months but uptil now the revisionist has not engaged any Counsel in his place.

(2.) THIS revision petition is more than 16 years old and the proceedings in the Court below in criminal case No. 59/12 of 1982 is stayed due to interim order of this Court dated 10-8-1983.
