JUDGEMENT

(1.) RAM Janam Singh, J. These are two second appeals filed by Dhan Prakash and Sumer Chand against the judments and decree dated 18-4-94 passed by learned Additional Commissioner, Meerut arising out of suits under Section 229-B of the U. P. Z. A. and L. R. Act.

(2.) I have heard the learned Counsel for the parties and perused the records carefully.

(3.) WITHOUT expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, t he case is remanded back to the learned trial Court for fresh decision after affording opportunity to the parties to adduce oral and documentary evidence.
